You have to open a current account with a card connected to it.

There are 3 ways to activate your card: 1) By signing a card acknowledgment slip (it was provided to you with the card), 2) through RCB Online Banking or 3) through RCB Telephone Banking after you have passed the authentication successfully.

You can block your card through RCB Mobile &/ RCB Online Banking or by calling the Bank on 357 25 355 722.

RCB Digital Wallet is a Mobile Payments app that allows you to set up your eligible personal or corporate RCB cards (Visa and Mastercard) on your Android phone(s) to make payments with your phone at any shop that accepts contactless payments using Near Field Communication (NFC) technology. Payments are fast and secure.

RCB Digital Wallet uses mobile Near Field Communication (NFC) technology to securely exchange data between your phone and a contactless payment terminal.

RCB Digital Wallet is supported on different models of Android devices with operating systems of 7 or above that have NFC capability.

All RCB issued cards can be enrolled in RCB Digital Wallet to make mobile payments. A card status should be active and SMS-Notice service shall be connected to the card.

The digital card has a unique ID and it is a digital copy of your plastic card with the same parameters. It is created to ensure that payments executed with your phone are secure and your card details are safe. You will be able to see all transactions performed using RCB Digital Wallet in your card account statement.

You can make payments using RCB Digital Wallet at any merchant, in Cyprus and internationally, that accepts contactless payments.

Launch application, login & tap to pay: Launch RCB Digital Wallet app and login either using a passcode or fingerprint (if supported by phone and activated in the app) before placing your phone on the terminal to perform a contactless transaction. Please check the merchant's terminal for confirmation of your payment.

Yes, you can use RCB Digital Wallet to process a refund just as you would with your physical credit or debit card. Launch RCB Digital Wallet app and login either using passcode or your fingerprint (if supported by phone and activated in the app) before putting the back of your phone to the contactless terminal for the refund to be processed.

You can delete your RCB card(s) from the app using simple tips in RCB Digital Wallet anytime. Alternatively you call RCB Telephone Banking to disable your RCB card(s).

No. RCB Digital Wallet is only available for mobile transactions made in contactless terminals in Cyprus and internationally.

RCB Digital Wallet can be run on different eligible Android devices at a time. You can use any of these to make mobile payments if they’re eligible.

RCB Digital Wallet allows you to enroll up to 10 RCB Mastercard and Visa cards. You can select any of these in the app to make mobile payments.

If you enter your passcode incorrectly 3 times when paying with your phone, the login to your RCB Digital Wallet will be locked. Call RCB Telephone Banking to unlock it.

If you lose your phone or suspect it has been lost or stolen, contact RCB Telephone Banking to arrange for the card(s) on your phone to be cancelled/blocked.

Contact RCB Telephone Banking to report your card lost or stolen, we’ll arrange for the card to be blocked and replaced. We’ll also block it for mobile payments at RCB Digital Wallet.

We’ll send you a new card when your existing one is due to expire. Once you’ve received your new card, you can delete the old one in RCB Digital Wallet and enroll the new card the same way as the expired one.

No, in order to use RCB Digital Wallet, NFC functionality should be switched on at your mobile device.

As Near Field Communication (NFC) does not require data/network connectivity, you don't need data/network connectivity all the time to make mobile payments. However, in order to ensure the correct continuous work of the app from time to time you will need to have a data/network connectivity.

No, your phone must be turned on to perform mobile payments.

Confirmation code has been sent to the phone number connected to the card you try to enrol. Please find the code and input it manually. If for any connectivity reason, the processing error persists, try to logout and enroll it again or re-install the app.

Apple Pay is a safe and secure way to pay, allowing you to set up your eligible personal or corporate RCB Visa debit and credit card(s) on your Apple device(s) to make payments on the go.

Your card details are not be stored on your Apple device or sent to merchants, so your card information stays private and secure. Additionally, payments need to be authorised with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode when paying in store with your iPhone or Apple Watch or in-app on your iPhone and iPad.

You can see a record of every payment you’ve made using Apple Pay by checking your RCB Mobile Banking app or RCB Online Banking.You can also see your last 10 Apple Pay payments, including merchant details, under ‘Transaction history’ in the Wallet app.We are always at your disposal for any further information you might require.

No, there is no need to have internet connection when making payment through Apple Pay. However, an active data plan or WIFI connection is needed to register your RCB Visa card in Apple Pay. Based on your mobile plan and mobile network’s offering, additional charges may apply.

Payments are charged to the default card in your Wallet app automatically. It’s easy to change your default card. Simply open the Wallet app and drag the card you want to be the default one down to the front of the Wallet.

You can choose which card to use when you’re about to pay – just open the Wallet app first and select the card you want to use.On your Apple Watch, double click the side button, swipe left or right to select a card and present the watch to the contactless reader.For in-app purchases, select the Apple Pay logo, then 'Cards and billing’ to choose a card.

Go to Wallet, tap the card, and tap the (…) information symbol, scroll down the menu until the option Remove This Card.You can also call the RCB Bank at +357 25 355 722 and deactivate your card.

For each Apple Pay enabled device you can load up to eight cards. Devices do not share cards, so if you want the same card on two different devices, you need to load the card on each device separately.

No, your Apple device must be turned on to perform payments.

You will not be able to have rcb2pay (sticker) and the Apple Pay service simultaneously on the same iPhone. Both are contactless payment methods, so during payment at the merchant’s POS Terminal you will not be able to choose with which one to proceed.

Once you receive the email with User ID and Key Code contact the Bank to receive Initial PIN by SMS.

If you cannot remember your User ID, Password (PIN) or sequrity questions you should request assistance from one of the Bank’s operators using RCB Telephone Banking.

If the wrong OTP and/or PIN is entered, the system locks the User. Contact the Bank in order to reset.

RCB Digital Key is the Entrust ST based secure software token solution to confirm operations in RCB Online and RCB Mobile Banking systems.

Security Questions are used to verify your identity by RCB Bank whenever that is needed.

You have to answer 5 out of 7 questions from drop down menu.

If you will provide answers to less than 5 questions, the system will not allow you to proceed with your Online Banking.

You can replace answers or change questions at any time by logging in to your RCB Online Banking and pressing “Change Security Questions” in Settings.

You have to access your Entrust Identity app and enter the Security code the Digital Key generates.

Open Entrust app on your mobile device and scan the QR code from the sreen of the computer. RCB Digital Key will generate an OTP that has to be entered in your RCB Online Banking.
