How to become a client

Open an account with RCB Bank and request access to custody services by contacting your relationship manager.

The Bank will send you a set of documents, which you must fill out and return.
Upon receipt of your documents, you will be categorized in accordance with the criteria of professional clients or eligible counterparties set by the European Directive on markets in financial instruments (MiFID).  

Fill out the necessary application form if you want to submit orders through RCB Online Banking.

It's all set now. You can submit custody instructions.

  1. The Bank is able to reject an application for investment services if the applicant does not fulfil the criteria of professional client categorisation.
  2. If you are intending to trade in bonds, please contact us to discuss the instrument range and set up the bonds of your choice in our systems. The bond market is huge and there are some limitations/restrictions on the trading in some instruments in the EU or Cyprus.
  3. The Bank may reject any of your orders (we do not trade in any sort of crypto assets). If you are concerned about no acceptance of your order in particular instrument, feel free to contact us for clarifications.
