RCB safe deposit boxes are kept inside the Bank’s vault and you can choose from a wide range of different sizes. Access your safe deposit box at any time without prior notice during the Bank’s working hours and enjoy peace of mind knowing that your valuables are protected 24/7!
There are no usual cashiers in client area. Most cash transactions are automated. However, if a client needs to make cash transactions, we have it covered. The cashier is located in a separate closed area at the back.
In a modern, open space environment our relationship managers and expert colleagues are working hard behind the scenes to design, offer and fulfil the needs and expectations of our clients.
At 24/7 self-service area clients can use the multifunctional devices that allow performing most banking operations, including communicating with a consultant via video call for any questions that might arise.
