How does it work?

Obtain your access credentials by submitting an application to the Bank. The same credentials are used to authenticate the client both in RCB Telephone Banking and RCB Online Banking.

  • Authenticate yourself by calling one of the phone lines and entering your User ID and Password (PIN) with the help of an interactive voice menu
  • Once authentication is successfully completed, you will be connected with an operator for further assistance
