Additional measures to facilitate your needs

Dear Clients,

RCB Bank wishes to inform you that two additional initiatives have been taken in order to facilitate your needs during the COVID-19 pandemic, without being necessary for you to visit our branches.

As of April 2nd 2020, the Bank is waiving the SEPA payment charges for payments via RCB Online Banking or RCB Mobile Banking platforms up to 2,000 EUR for the months of April and May.

In addition, and again as of April 2nd 2020 and until further notice, the Bank will increase the standard daily cash withdrawal limit at ATMs from 1,000 EUR to 2,000 EUR. This measure accompanies the cancellation of the ATM cash withdrawal commissions from any ATM of any bank in Cyprus already implemented by the Bank.

These measures are designed to facilitate your cheque or cash related needs. And are in line with the State’s social distancing regulations. RCB Bank places the health and safety of the people of Cyprus at the top of its priorities in this collective effort to contain the virus.
