RCB Bank and American Express announce merchant recruitment and processing & servicing partnerships in Cyprus

RCB Bank and American Express launched today two partnership agreements that will enable RCB Bank to provide merchant recruitment and payment processing & servicing in Cyprus on behalf of American Express.
