RCB Bank is proud to support "Cyprus - A Culinary Journey" editions
RCB Bank and C&C Publishing presented the Russian edition as well as the second editions in German and English of the travel cookbook "Cyprus - A Culinary Journey" at Hilton Hotel in Nicosia. The presentation took place in the presence of Cyprus Minister of Finance, Mr. Harris Georgiades.
Speaking at the press conference, Minister Georgiades congratulated RCB Bank for its support to all three editions noting that it’s a move that proves in the best possible way the real meaning of corporate social responsibility and the real and close ties between RCB and the community.
The main events linked to the cooperation between RCB and C&C publishing are the celebrations of Pafos as UNESCO’s European Culture Capital 2017 and the International Year of Sustainable tourism 2017 declared by the United Nations.
"Cyprus - A Culinary Journey combines both these events harmoniously. It reflects the charm of the Mediterranean and the heart-warming hospitality of the Cypriots. This book deserves our commitment," said Vladimir Popov, Deputy CEO of RCB Bank.
The publisher, Marianne Salentin-Träger expressed her gratitude to RCB. A great development is that the editions received six renowned international awards worldwide. This makes Cyprus - A Culinary Journey one of the most prizewinning cookbooks in the world, the publisher noted.
